Advice for parents

For your child:

To ensure your child enjoys their lesson in complete peace of mind:

Children must come to lessons equipped with skis and boots,
Children must have on them the appropriate ski pass for the level of the lesson,
Children should dress according to weather conditions (jacket, mittens, goggles or mask, sunscreen, tissues),
A small snack in the child's pocket can be useful,
A helmet is mandatory for your child,
Parents' mobile phone number is required in case of any issues.

For your lessons:

For the smooth operation of our esf, we kindly ask you to follow these rules:

Download the "My esf" app to view lessons cards and show them to the instructor if necessary
Arrive on time at the designated meeting points (group or private lessons; lateness counts as part of the lesson),
Have a valid ski pass to use the ski lifts during lessons,
Be properly equipped and dressed.

Please also note the following information:

Misuse of a lessons cards will result in immediate withdrawal,
No duplicates will be issued for lost cards,
The esf is not liable for any material or bodily accidents involving students,
Weather conditions, lift malfunctions, or other accidents beyond the instructors' control cannot be attributed to them,
No refunds will be given for lessons stopped due to reasons beyond our control.
